Refund policy

We maintain a 30-day refund policy for digital content orders. Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund only if access has not been provided (no download/activation/streaming occurred), the charge was made in error (duplicate payment), or there is a verified technical defect we could not resolve.

To be eligible, the order must meet one of these criteria: (1) no record of file access/download or account login; (2) duplicate transaction; (3) a technical issue with files or access that our support could not fix within a reasonable time. No physical return or packaging is required. Proof of purchase is necessary.

To initiate a request, contact us at lurenni77@outlook.com.  We will provide instructions to verify access status and purchase details. Requests sent without first contacting support will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
 If a file is corrupted, a download link fails, or the wrong digital materials were delivered, contact us immediately—We will refresh links, provide a corrected file, or offer a refund where the eligibility criteria are met.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 We do not accept returns for: digital content once downloaded or accessed; license keys after redemption; gift cards; custom-prepared materials. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.

Exchanges
 Traditional exchanges do not apply to digital materials. Where applicable, we will provide an updated or corrected file. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your current request is resolved.

Refunds
 We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if it’s approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at lurenni77@outlook.com.
